On Sunday April 28, 2019, a symposium was held in Montreal Canada dealing with the unified growth of Cultural optimism and beautiful art and real economic development as it is being manifested today with the New Silk Road in Asia, Africa and beyond. Presentations were given by a pianist, a dancer, a painter and a scientist which will uplift and inspire. In this third presentation, Nicholas Jones of La Grande Ballet de Montreal presented his work with Anno's Africa teaching ballet in Kenya and his vision of a classical academy for the arts in Africa. Nicholas presents a promotional video which he co-produced and sweeps through a history of ballet's evolution from the European renaissance to the present. Nicholas also presents an overview of the advance of rail across Kenya and the broader African continent tied to Africa's Belt and Road Initiative.
