Lyndon LaRouche presented the following keynote address on Sept. 2, 2000 to the annual Labor Day weekend conference of the ICLC/Schiller Institute. The mysterious sinking of the Russian submarine Kursk provided the bookends for an update of Mr. LaRouche's 1999 production of Storm Over Asia in terms of the Geopolitical wars and conflicts that have been ongoing in Southwest Asia that have been targeting Russia in particular since the time of Trilateral Commission members Brzezinski, Huntington, and Bush Sr. implemented the Bernard Lewis policy of the Arc Of Crisis. Mr. LaRouche also went through the larger conflict between the institution of the global Oligarchy and the spread of the American System of Political Economy, the problem of the degeneration of the 1968 generation, and a detailed slide show presentation of the US and global economic collapse since the 1971 take down of the Bretton Woods system by Nixon.
