His visit included speeches at the Economics Academy of the Russian Federation Ministry of Economics in Moscow on April 25, the Institute for Scientific Information on Social Sciences (INION) April 28, and the Institute of Oriental Studies in Moscow April 27. On his return, he gave a press conference in Arlington Virginia to present his views on the dangerous course Russia and the west were taking in economic policy.
