The American productive economy has collapsed, it must be retooled, reconverted to real production, to reopen. LaRouchePAC’s plan: “The LaRouche Plan To Reopen the Economy: The World Needs 1.5 Billion New, Productive Jobs. recognizes we have to, finally, develop the third world, in order to recover ourselves. We must re-commit ourselves to the vision of President Frankin Delanor Roosevelt, to eliminate poverty and misery, not just in the United States but worldwide.  This can only be done by fostering collaboration, not conflict, with other great powers, especially China, Russia and India. Our driver for this recovery starts with doubling or tripling the NASA budget, and spinning off the new technologies from space exploration and fusion power.  Saturday's SpaceX Dragon Crew launch, scheduled to take place from the historic pad 39 at the Kennedy Space Center, will be the first time since July 2011 that America, will launch American astronauts, on American rockets, from American soil.  This is an important first step in achieving a New Paradigm for the benefit of all humanity.
